Many of my pieces are one of a kind and subject to availability.

If an item is no longer available after purchase, I will contact you promptly to discuss options, which may include a similar replacement, store credit, or a refund.

4. Custom & Personalized Orders

Custom and personalized pieces are created specifically for you based on your request.

Because of their unique nature, these items may not be eligible for return. However, I will always work with you if there is a concern to find a fair and reasonable solution.

5. Jewelry Care & Responsibility

Proper care will help preserve the beauty of your jewelry over time.

Sterling silver may naturally tarnish and can be cleaned with appropriate polishing methods. Normal wear and tear is expected, and care should be taken to avoid exposure to harsh chemicals, water, and impact.

Ongoing maintenance is the responsibility of the customer.

If an issue arises, I will work with you on a case-by-case basis to determine the best solution, which may include repair or replacement depending on the situation. My goal is always to handle concerns fairly and thoughtfully.
